Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your use.

CardRiot lets you make personalised video cards: you choose a design, add names, messages and photos, and we produce a video for you to keep and share. Designs, features and usage limits may change as the Services evolve.

Cards are made with AI models and other automated tools. Results can vary and may contain errors or unexpected elements, so check a card before you share it. You are responsible for the cards you share.

You keep ownership of the photos, text, music and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, transmit and process Your Content only as needed to make and deliver your cards, operate, secure and improve the Services, and comply with law. This includes processing by our service providers, including AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content, and that everyone who appears in your photos has agreed to their image being used in your card — or, for a child, that you are their parent or guardian or have their parent’s or guardian’s permission.

You may use the Services only lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Use anyone’s photo, name or likeness without their permission.
• Make cards that feature public figures, impersonate anyone, or could mislead people into thinking a real person said or did something they didn’t.
• Upload or create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Upload or create content that sexualises, exploits or endangers anyone under 18.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, operation or availability of the Services.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Services or place unreasonable load on them.
• Circumvent payment, usage or security controls.
• Copy, resell or redistribute our designs or the Services, or reverse engineer them, except where law expressly permits it.

We may remove content, investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary. If you believe a card uses your image or your content without permission, email support@skuto.ai and we will look into it promptly.

You may keep the cards you make and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sending them to friends and family or posting them on your own social media. The designs, music and other material we provide in a card are licensed to you only as part of that card; you may not extract them or use them separately or commercially.

The Services, software, designs, templates, branding, interfaces and related intellectual property belong to Logit AI Labs Ltd or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Making a card is free. Some downloads require payment; the price and what is included are shown before you pay. Purchases are one-off — there are no subscriptions — and payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes and currency conversion charges may apply.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable. We may consider a refund where a verified technical problem materially prevented you from receiving what you paid for. We may change prices for future purchases.

The Services rely on third-party services, including hosting, payment and AI providers, and you may use CardRiot through other apps such as ChatGPT. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may ask us to delete your cards and data by emailing support@skuto.ai. We may limit, suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any design or feature, or the accuracy, completeness or fitness of AI output for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logit AI Labs Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from the Services. Our total liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Logit AI Labs Ltd against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, Your Content or your material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The Courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, please email support@skuto.ai with a description of the dispute. The parties will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a reorganisation, financing or transfer of the business. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
