What works best

A jeweller's bench, one warm lamp, a plain band in the clamp. The graver cuts your two names inside it letter by letter — your date too, if you give one — and a short message of your own. Then the band is lifted out, turns once to the light so the inscription reads across the frame, and settles on the velvet with the closing words beneath it. Add your photo for a small cameo by your name.
